Creeper going after something he wants and he is relentless until he
gets it and he always gets it.
He comes to life every 23rd spring and
feeds on humans for 23 days.

Jason
Jason Voorhees, is the main character of "Friday the 13th" series. He started out as the young son of
the camp cook and then turned into a killer. His first appearance was in 1980 at Crystal Lake Camp
and his presence  & popularity just grew from there.
Why do these three characters have such an impact on the public. Each of these guys have brought much horror and nightmares to our
lives from being afraid to walk alone outside in the dark to being terrorized in our dreams. Each of the series has had many sequels to
follow the original story line and each has proved to be scarier than its predecessor.
Freddy Kruger
Three Nasty Old Boys
They Scared the Hell Out of Us for Years Now
Who Are These Guys?
Freddy Krueger was a child molester who was murdered by local parents to keep him from
hurting their children and later in their lives he comes back to kill the now teen aged kids.
Jason Voorhees was a deformed camper who supposedly drowned when the camp counselors
were suppose to be watching him instead of fooling around. His mother was the cook for the
camp and she took revenge by killing the new counselors when the camp reopened. Jason didn't
start killing anyone until he witnessed his mother's murder.
Michael Myers was a child who killed his older sister and tried to kill his baby sister as well.
He was sent to a mental institution and his baby sister was sent away, never knowing who
her brother was. He eventually escapes from the institution and his sole mission is to finish
what he started, to kill his little sister.
Jason was born as a deformed boy to a single mother, Pamela Voorhees,
he went to Crystal Lake Camp when he was 10, where his Mom was
employed as the camp cook.  He allegedly drown when the councelors
were not paying attention.  He did not come back to the camp after he
made it out of the lake, he stayed and lived in the forest.  Meanwhile his
Mom went on a killing spree when the camp reopened because of  her
sons death. It continued a long time her killing spree, but finally after
numerous deaths to counselors and continuous episodes to keep the camp
closed, she was decapitated by the last counselor. That's when Jason, who
survived his drowning, decided to kill all the people who came to Crystal
Lake.
I can say that I always had a bad time with
spooky movies, I was one of those kids that
watched them with my hands over my face, then
I turned into an adult that did that. I can honestly
say it was not until my 50's that I actually
overcame my fear of these movies and was able
to sit and watch a lot of them for the first time.
These three movies here were some of the first
movies I watched, , had never even made an
attempt to view them when I was young.
Right before Freddy was killed, the dream demons visited him and gave him a deal to
kill people in their sleep and technically being immortal, he was burned and died, but
the demons kept their deal and he haunts people's dreams and can only be defeated
when no one believes in him.
He was born on Friday, September 13th, 1946 and he drowned on his 11th birthday.
Jason developed a death curse on that day that whoever entered the camp
would fall victim. This has made "Friday the 13th" a superstition legendary film that
will live on forever and ever. Jason was an immortal monster who could never be
killed.
The Jason Hockey Mask
came along in the 3rd movie.
Frederick Charles Krueger is a slasher who kills people in their sleep. His Mother was
Amanda Krueger, who was a nun, who accidentally got locked up in a building full of
maniacs and was raped. She gave birth to Freddy and gave him up for adoption.
Freddy had an abusive foster father, and later Freddy killed him.
Later in life he married a woman named Loretta and they had a  daughter. When
Loretta found Freddy's torture room he killed her in front of their daughter. Several
years later he just became obsessed & started killing children. One night , all the
parents in the town where he was killing children set his boiler room hideout on fire.

How Was Freddy Born? He was born in 1984 from something Wes
Craven read in a newspaper article about children so afraid to go to
sleep, because of horrible nightmares. The story was about a family
that was trying to get their lives in order after escaping Cambodia.
The son was haunted with PTSD that eventually killed him, thus
the birth of Freddy Krueger. Here is the original story:
I read an article in the L.A. Times about a family that escaped the
Killing Fields in Cambodia and managed to get tho the US. Things
were fine and then suddenly the young son was having very
disturbing nightmares.
He told his parents he was afraid that if he slept, the thing chasing
him would get him, so he tried to stay awake for days at a time.
When he finally fell asleep, his parents thought this crisis was over.
Then they heard screams in the middle of the night. By the time
they got to him he was dead. He died in the middle of a nightmare.
Here was a younster having a vision of a horror that everyone else
that was older was denying. That became the central line of
Nightmare on Elm Street.
Along with the above reveal, Craven also opened up about the
movies positively insanely twisted ending and how much he hates
it. According to Craven he was completely against having Freddy
"win" by taking over the convertible as those creepy kids sing the
Freddy Song, signaling Nancy as still trapped in the dream as the
credits rolled.
Instead Craven wanted to end it a bit earlier with Nancy having
seemingly defeated Freddy by overcoming her fear. Bob wanted a
hook for a sequel. I felt that the film should end when Nancy turns
her back on Freddy and his violence - thats the one thing that kills
him.
Bob wanted to have Freddy pick the kids up in a car and drive off,
which reversed everything I was trying to say - it suddenly presented
Freddy as triumphant. I came up with a compromise, which was to
have the kids get in the convertible, and when the roof comes down,
we'd have Freddy's red and green strips on it.
Do I regret changing the end? I do. Because its the one part of the film
thats not me.

I met him fifteen years ago, I was told there was nothing
left: no reason, no conscience, no understanding in even
the most rudimentary sense of life or death, of good or
evil, right or wrong. I met this six year old child with his
blank, pale, emtionless face and the blackest eyes - the
devils eyes. I spent 8 years trying to reach him and
another seven trying to keep him locked up because I
realized that what was living behind that boys eyes was
purely and simply.....Evil.

Carpenters vision was undeniable. His directorial work on
building mood, suspense and fear are  unmatched in this series.

He spent 15 years with Dr. Loomis not moving very much or speaking a word.. Dr. Loomis said of
him: " Michael Myers is the most dangerous patient I have ever observed. He's covering up. The
catatonia is a conscious act. There is an instinctive force within him. He's waiting.".
When six year old Michael Myers started having horrific inexplicable nightmares and heard a
voice in his head that would tell him to do things and caused him to hate people. The dreams he
had were actual events that took place several centuries ago at the dawn of the celtic age.
He committed his first murder in 1963 which later lead to a non stop killing spree that lasted for
years. His first murder was that of his older sister who he stabbed to death with a butcher knife.
He sat on the front porch waiting for his parents to get home. The police were called and he was
sent to  Smith's Grove Sanitarium where he met up and became a patient of Dr. Sam Loomis.
He breaks out of the sanitarium and returns to his home town of Haddenfield Il., killing people all
along his route. Later Dr. Loomis arrives to warn the Sheriff of how dangerous Michael is. In
Haddenfield Michael's killing spree continues and so does the sequels that follow with Michael
never seeming to die. In all he killed 89 people in the course of his shenanigans.
He killed Olivia, Lester, Sundae
and Max. What a beast!
About Michael
Michael possesses super human strength, stealth and endurance and durability of an unknown limit. He has been known to be able to lift a large
tombstone out of the ground and carry it for a long distance by hand, penetrate an adult human skull with his thumb easily, lift and hold aloft an
adult with one arm effortlessly, impale an adult human male through a solid wooden door with a blunt object, and rip apart a human male limb
by limb with his bare hands among other feats.
He can sneak up on his victims without attracting attention or making noise. He can survive injuries that would result in death of a normal
human being, such as being shot and stabbed multiple times in internal organs ( brain & heart included), along with any other form of
impalement, high voltage electrocution or severe scalds over his body. He might have a healing factor that would enable him to regenerate
tissue or even vital organs, such as the skin and eyes.
It seems that fire or decapitation could kill him. Since the H20 timeline ignores The Curse of Thorn and the Cult, his ability to withstand
injuries is never really explained. His super human abilities could be granted to him by the magical nature of the Curse of Thorns as the cult
members assert that evil never dies, but this remains unconfirmed. However it is supported by Dr. Loomis when he states that hell would not
accept Michael that Michael can't die, be killed or enter the afterlife in any way.
